This Privacy Policy defines how user data is processed on magneticstorms.co (the "Site"). By using the Site you consent to this Policy. The Site does not require registration or personal data for its core functionality.

2. Data collected

We automatically collect anonymized technical data: IP address, browser type and version, OS, device type, language, timezone, referrer URL, visited pages, time on page, click interactions (for Yandex.Metrica heatmaps). We do not collect names, emails, phone numbers, addresses or payment data.

3. Purpose

  • Traffic and behavior analysis to improve the Site;
  • Performance and usability optimization;
  • Aggregated statistics by country, region, device;
  • Abuse prevention (rate-limits, bot detection).

4. Third-party services

  • Yandex.Metrica (Yandex LLC, Russia), counter 108737551. See yandex.com/legal/confidential.
  • NOAA SWPC (USA), GFZ Potsdam (Germany), xras.ru / IKI RAS (Russia) — open Kp data sources fetched server-side, your IP is not shared.

5. Cookies

The Site uses functional cookies (saved language) and analytical cookies from Yandex.Metrica (_ym_uid, _ym_d, etc.). You can disable cookies in your browser — core functionality will still work.

6. Your rights

Under Russian Federal Law 152-FZ and GDPR (EU), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data. To exercise these rights contact us via section 8.

7. Policy changes

We may update this Policy. The last update date is at the top. Material changes will be announced on the homepage for at least 14 days.
